Richard initially went with another contractor. After 5 months of inactivity he hired Regional Builders. Once the permits were pulled, RBI completed the project in 60 days.

Doug is a firefighter, contractor and property manager. When his commercial property suffered major smoke damage from a nearby apartment fire, RBI worked with his insurance company to make sure each detail (like electrical and code issues) was taken care of without taking Doug’s attention away from his other responsibilities.

It was important for property owner Mark MacRae to move his tenant back in quickly, and RBI delivered.

The Auburn 49er Fire destroyed Don’s entire neighborhood. His was the last house to burn, but thanks to RBI his was the second to be completed. The Regional Builders team recreated plans based on the little that was left, the foundation, some photos and Don’s recollection. In the process, RBI was able to improve upon the original layout and update the house with features like a Rinnai tankless water heater.
