Temporary Electrical and Plumbing

Our temporary repairs can enable customers to occupy undamaged areas of their homes or apartments, preserve landscaping and restore power to pool equipment.

Because we hold trade licenses for Electrical and Plumbing, we can provide temporary, fast repairs to electrical, plumbing and gas lines. Oftentimes an electrician or plumber is already on the responding board-up team. These repairs preserve landscaping, pools, ponds or anything on or around a structure that may require water or power.

The roof of this 18-unit building was compromised, but four units were undamaged. Within 24 hours of being contacted by the insurance company, we were able to allow those four families to stay in their apartments by:

• Creating a temporary roof structure
• Conducting electrical and plumbing repairs
• Erecting safety barriers
• Installing a temporary alarm system
