We meet the adjuster at the project to inspect the damage and agree on an accurate scope of repairs. This allows us to point out damage and discuss how and why the repairs will be performed. Insurance adjusters need documentation and a detailed explanation before they can pay for products or damage.

We provide a detailed estimate using the leading insurance accepted estimating software. Often times we will do the estimate at the project site so nothing is missed. Our experienced estimators will identify damages base on inspection and experience. We know where and how to look for damage. This is then documented so that the estimate may be agreed with the insurance company.

Our estimate will identify “like kind and quality” available, but you may always make changes. No products will be installed until they have been selected and approved by the owner.
